Prithviraj, which is a biopic of Chahamana Rajput King Prithviraj Chauhan and stars Akshay Kumar in the titular role, while Manushi Chhillar Miss World 2017 (in her debut film) plays his wife Sanyogita.
Unstopable star Akshay Kumar just wrapped the shoot of Bell Bottom in UK, and touched down in Mumbai last wek and now showed up on the sets of Yash Raj Films studios for his upcoming movie Prithviraj. The film is directed by Chandraparaksh Dwivedi. In a statement, the film-maker revealed that Prithviraj is back on tracks after a delay of six months. “Yes, we have resumed Prithviraj shoot at YRF studios and the entire team is excited to have a great shooting schedule”. Akshay was also spotted at the YRF studios on Sunday in Mumbai, PTI reports that a huge set for Prithviraj’s shoot has been created inside the YRF studios in Mumbai.

As per reports Akshay has reportedly begun shooting along with actor Sonu Sood while Manushi is expected to join the sets sometime soon.Sanjay Dutt, who also stars in Prithviraj is reportedly expected to join after Diwali.
